We don't require a contract to manage all of your transactions. You can send one or send them all. We strive to have “them all” but you are not required to do so.
You will have one coordinator that you will solely work with. We see ourselves as an extension of your business and that includes providing consistency and ease while working with us.
Yes. We communicate primarily via email with your clients, but rest assured you will be copied on all emails regarding your transactions. Should there be a phone conversation, a summary will be sent to you.
You will have 24/7 access to your file through our online transaction management system, Paperless Pipeline. All documents are uploaded and updated as they are received, and you will have regular contact with your Transaction Coordinator along with weekly email updates.
Once a transaction is closed, we will email you a link to your complete file. At your request, a printed copy will be sent to you. We never delete any files unless specifically requested to do so.
We have strict guidelines for confidentiality and securely storing of documents. Your information will never be shared with anyone.
