TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Welcome to Chesapeake Transaction Management (the "Site"). The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Site, and by using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Chesapeake Transaction Management regarding your use of the Site.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
